GOVERNANCE & OPERATIONAL PROTOCOLS // V.2026.04

TURNKEY BRONZE SILVER GOLD PLATINUM FREEDOM INFINITY WEB STORE

01. Residency & Jurisdictional Scope

Zagran Ltd is a private limited company incorporated and based in England (refer to Clause 07 for statutory details). Our professional hosting services are provisioned exclusively for businesses and individuals who are residents of the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order placed by a non-resident entity or individual; such refusal is based on our operational focus and does not constitute a breach of statutory provision, as our service delivery is optimised for the domestic UK market only.

02. Service Provision & Infrastructure

Zagran Ltd (trading as «Zagran.Host») operates as a website hosting provider. Our standard server configurations meet high technical standards to ensure consistent performance for all provisioned accounts. Our data centres are UK-based, ensuring data remains within the domestic jurisdiction. We reserve the right to adjust technical parameters to maintain backbone stability, provided the core resource allocation remains consistent with the chosen plan.

03. Billing, Renewal & Termination

All service costs are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing UK rate (currently 20%). Subscriptions are governed by the contract type selected at the point of deployment:

  • Monthly Rolling Contract: Applicable only to the "Freedom" plan.
  • Annual Plan Paid in Monthly Instalments: Applicable to "Turnkey", "Bronze", "Silver", "Gold", "Platinum", "Infinity", and "Web Store" packages. These are 12-month fixed-term agreements.

Cooling-off Period

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, individuals have a 14-day legal right to cancel an online purchase. However, if the hosting service commenced immediately upon your express request, Zagran Ltd reserves the right to charge a proportionate amount for the period the service was active.

Early Termination of Annual Agreements

For contracts defined as an annual plan paid in monthly instalments, early termination requires a formal notice period of two weeks. As these are fixed-term commitments, the following protocols apply:

  1. Standard Procedure: The operator is liable for the remaining monthly instalments of the 12-month term in full.
  2. Mitigated Settlement: Should the customer provide a verified and sound justification for termination, Zagran Ltd may, at its sole discretion, accept a reduced "Early Termination Fee" of £50.00 (provided this amount is lower than the remaining contract value).

Note: Subjective reasons such as "loss of interest" or general "loss of business" do not qualify as sound justifications for a mitigated settlement.

Example: Early Termination Assessment
Agreement Type: 12-Month Annual (Paid Monthly)
Monthly Rate (inc. VAT): £10.99
Total Annual Commitment: £131.88
Termination Date: After 3 Months
Amount Already Paid: £32.97
Remaining Contract Value: £98.91
Standard Settlement Due: £98.91
Mitigated Fee (with sound excuse): £50.00

Failure to maintain a valid automated payment method will result in immediate service suspension. Persistent non-payment exceeding 14 days will result in the decommissioning of the node and permanent deletion of data.

04. Uptime & Performance Guarantee

We aim for an unshakeable 99.9% uptime across all UK data hubs. In the event of network latency exceeding baseline parameters due to infrastructure failure, Zagran Ltd will provide service credits proportional to the downtime. Emergency maintenance required to preserve backbone connectivity or implement critical security patches is not considered a breach of the uptime guarantee.

05. Acceptable Use Protocol

The integrity of the Zagran.Host network is non-negotiable. All usage is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The hosting, distribution, or processing of content deemed illegal under British law—including but not limited to unlicensed intellectual property, mass unsolicited communications (SPAM), or phishing architecture—is strictly prohibited.

Mandatory Reporting: Zagran Ltd complies with all UK law enforcement requests. Evidence of criminal activity will result in immediate termination of services without refund and the reporting of the operator’s details to the National Crime Agency (NCA) or Action Fraud.

06. Limitation of Liability

Zagran Ltd is not liable for data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption resulting from operator-level configuration errors or third-party breaches. It is the sole responsibility of the operator to maintain independent backup protocols. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the operator during the three months preceding the event.

07. Statutory & Corporate Information

Zagran Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales.

  • Company Number: 16334360
  • Registered Office: 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, West Suffolk, IP28 7DE
  • VAT Registration Number: VAT GB509552777
  • Governing Law: The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these protocols.
